last night around 3 am, it seemed like a brilliant idea to start a blog. i mean, why not? i always have a lot to say. plus, i think my facebook “friends” are over my ranting. let’s just say i have received an email or two telling me to stop tagging folks in posts that they care nothing about. now, i know what you’re thinking… how could anyone not care about what i have to say? i wonder that too sometimes. but not everyone can be as awesome as you and i. so to remedy this situation (and to have some more ownership over my ideas), i got a website. shoot, 10 yr olds these days have websites. i should too!
there’s just a minor problem. i haven’t the slightest clue what i’m doing. (yet.) i am quickly realizing that i don’t know enough about the internet. sure, i can work my way around a google search like a champ. but, when it comes to things like say, changing a background image, i’m in over my head. if there isn’t a little icon with a scroll over that reads “change image” then i’m screwed. so this whole blog thing should be fun (if the word fun conjures images of me crying tears of frustration at my inability to do what 10 yr olds apparently can). at the very least, this endeavor holds a healthy dose of procrastination potential. and that’s definitely worth $7 a month for the next two years.
in return for your patience, i promise to write words full of color since my backgrounds are not. and seriously, stay tuned. cause this shit is going to be off the hook.
